What to do when a deposit is delayed

Check payment method, confirmation time, and account email before opening a support request.

Use this when

  • You paid but wallet or credits did not update yet.
  • A crypto payment is pending longer than expected.

Steps

  1. Confirm whether you bought credits or deposited wallet balance.
  2. Check the payment method. Crypto can take longer because of confirmations.
  3. Wait 10-30 minutes for crypto transactions.
  4. Refresh the page and check the correct history table.
  5. If still missing after 30 minutes, contact support with account email, payment method, amount, transaction ID, and screenshot.

Tips that improve results

  • Card payments usually appear faster than crypto.
  • Manual payments such as PayPal should be coordinated with support.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not submit a second payment until you know the first one failed.
