Order History and statuses explained

Search orders, filter by status or category, and interpret Running, Completed, Partial, and Cancelled.

What Order History shows

Order History is the source for vote order status. It shows the order ID, target URL, service type, delivery details, requested amount, actual movement, and current status.

Use it before contacting support. The order ID and visible status usually answer whether the order is still running, finished, partial, cancelled, or affected by a removed target.

Status reference

These statuses explain what happened to the order and what you should check next.

StatusMeaningWhat to check
RunningThe order is active or waiting inside its delivery window.Check speed and pre-start delay before judging movement.
CompletedThe order finished its delivery path.Compare Order History with the live Reddit page.
PartialOnly part of the requested amount delivered.Check the target URL and returned credits.
CancelledThe order stopped before normal completion.Check whether the content was removed, locked, or unavailable.
DeletedThe target content no longer exists or cannot be reached.Do not reorder until the target is publicly visible.

Before you contact support

Save the order ID, target URL, service type, status, requested amount, actual amount, and timing. If the target was removed or hidden, include that detail in the support note.

For returned credits, check Credit History after checking the order status. Partial or cancelled orders may not show as a simple visible-score match on Reddit because Reddit fuzzes and recalculates public scores.
