Status reference
These statuses explain why an order did not finish normally or why the delivered amount does not match the requested amount.
| Status | Meaning | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| Partial | Part of the requested amount delivered before the order stopped or reached a limit. | Compare requested amount, actual delivery, and Credit History. |
| Cancelled | The order stopped before normal completion. | Check whether the target URL is still live and reachable. |
| Deleted | The target content was deleted, removed, or unavailable. | Do not reorder until normal users can see the content. |
Where to check credits
Open Credit History after checking Order History. Returned credits usually appear there, not on the live Reddit page.
If an order is incomplete and no returned credit appears, save the order ID and target URL before contacting support.
Before you reorder
Open the target URL from a clean browser session. If normal users cannot see the post or comment, another order on the same URL can fail for the same reason.
Do not resubmit removed, locked, private, or malformed URLs. Fix the target first, then place a new order only if the content is stable.
