Order History and statuses explained

Search orders, filter by status or category, and interpret Running, Completed, Partial, and Cancelled.

Use this when

  • You need to check whether an order is still active.
  • You want to confirm the actual vote movement.
  • You need an order ID for support.

Steps

  1. Open Orders, then Order History.
  2. Use Search by order ID or link when you know the exact order or URL.
  3. Filter by status when you only want Running, Partial, Completed, or Cancelled orders.
  4. Filter by category when you want upvote or downvote orders.
  5. Read Details for direction, content type, post or comment code, and delivery pace.
  6. Read Actual Votes to compare the before and after count.

Tips that improve results

  • Running means the order is active. Completed means it finished. Partial means only part of the requested amount delivered. Cancelled means the order stopped.
  • The public FAQ also uses Processing, Finished, Active after xx mins, Canceled, and Deleted.
  • Save the order ID before contacting support.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not judge a new order too quickly if it has a pre-start delay.
  • Do not ignore deleted or removed Reddit content when diagnosing a cancellation.
