What the filter controls
Profile Auto Voter subreddit filters decide which detected posts can trigger automatic orders. They do not control your account-level subreddit slot limit.
Choose the filter mode before turning a profile on. The mode should match how predictable the monitored users are.
Mode reference
Use the narrowest mode that still covers the campaign.
| Mode | Best fit | Risk |
|---|---|---|
| Default | Every detected post from the target users is acceptable. | Can trigger orders in irrelevant subreddits. |
| Whitelist | Only selected subreddits should trigger orders. | Requires more setup, but safer for client work. |
| Blacklist | Most subreddits are acceptable and only a few should be ignored. | Can miss new poor-fit subreddits until you add them. |
How this differs from subreddit slots
Whitelist mode inside Auto Voter is a campaign filter. Account-level subreddit slots decide which subreddits can stay active under your tier limit.
If you are reviewing account capacity, use Subreddit Management and Current Limits. If you are reviewing automatic order rules, use Profile Auto Voter filters.
